2. About these terms & conditions
Please read the terms & conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.scotria.com. We recommend you keep a copy of the terms & conditions for future reference. We also reserve the right to modify these terms & conditions from time to time.
If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions laid out in this contract, do not move forward with your purchase and cease to use www.scotria.com and its contents immediately.
3. Eligibility to purchase
To place orders at www.scotria.com clients must:
Be an individual as defined as a “final customer”
Be 18 years or older.
Be eligible and competent to enter legally binding contracts.
Have a valid e-mail address.
Have a valid credit card: visa, American Express, MasterCard or a verified PayPal account or a bank account
In particular, you must provide your real name, valid phone number, email address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the payment details provided.
4. Product availability & pricing
Items featured on the website reflect the actual availability of the item in colour and finish material. Once the order is processed, SCOTRIA reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise and verify the transaction’s validity and check the client’s record with scotria.com.
Clients will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the client’s request.
SCOTRIA shall be entitled to restrict multiple quantities of a product being shipped to any one customer or postal address. SCOTRIA may accordingly limit the quantity of a single product that may be ordered in an order and may reject multiple separate orders for the same product.
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the product’s correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the product’s correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order. If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we may end the contract, refund you any sums you have paid and require the return of any products provided to you.
5. Payment
Payment can be made securely online. By submitting an order to us through our website you confirm and guarantee that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. Payment for purchases, can be made by cards specified on our site.
You agree that by submitting an order, this immediately authorizes SCOTRIA to charge your debit or credit card with the order payment on submission of your order and implies that you intend to pay SCOTRIA if your order is accepted.
6. Delivery
In stock items are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after order confirmation to the delivery address providing during the ordering process. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipping on the following Monday. During exceptionally busy times, there could be minor deviations in dispatch turnaround – please be patient while your purchase is hand assembled and customized specifically for you.
We cannot be held responsible if the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
We offer free worldwide complimentary shipping for orders over £150. As a standard, all deliveries are carried out on DHL Express, DPD or FedEx service depending on the territory.
Whilst we partner with the best regional couriers to ensure a speedy delivery, please note we cannot be held responsible should transit times vary due to circumstances outside our own or our couriers control.
For orders to Japan, China, South Korea, the EU, Switzerland, USA, Taiwan & Australia we offer DDP (Duties & Taxes Paid) service. There will be no additional charges when you receive the package unless expressly stated during checkout.
For orders from the rest of the world, any and all duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and if you for any reason refuse delivery you will still be charged the duties and taxes. Your item will be returned to SCOTRIA and you will be directly charged for the unpaid duties and taxes along with the additional shipping costs.
Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If you would like to know more about duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
7. Faulty products
Items are considered faulty if they do not conform to our quality standards, which require that goods correspond to their description and be of satisfactory quality.
If you believe to have received faulty products, you have the right, within 48 hours, to ask for a repair, exchange, reduction in the price or a full or partial refund, according to our judgement. Please email online@scotria.com with images of any of your purchases, which you consider have been delivered faulty.
We will reimburse you for the cost of return if the products are faulty or miss described. In all other circumstances (including where you are requesting a return in accordance with your consumer rights) you must pay the costs of return.
*Important:
Items bought at sample or archive sales may bare marks of wear, use, or surface scratches. This will be reflected in the heavily discounted price paid and does not count towards reason for a faulty item refund / return.
8. Returns
When you request a return, you must either specify that you would like a refund or an exchange within 14 days from the day you receive your ordered product. After this you will receive a returns authorisation from us. Item must be received by us within two weeks of returns authorisation, any returns received outside of this time period will be processed at our discretion. All purchased products being returned must be sent back (including those being exchanged) in full including in their original condition, unused, undamaged, unmarked, unaltered and complete with all original SCOTRIA packaging.
Berg Bag & Panorama Bag returns note: each bag comes with protective peel attached, only remove the peel once you have decided to keep your new bag.
All boxes, dustbags, printed materials and all other things included in your purchase should be included within your return which are deemed part of the product. We are not obliged to accept returns that do not meet the above conditions and we may refuse a refund in such case and send such products back to the customer or require the customer to arrange for their collection from us, in each case at the customer’s cost.
The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer and sending is undertaken at your own risk, this cost should include any customs duties & taxes liable. Please opt for appropriate and insured means of delivery to ensure the item you wish to return reaches us in good condition. For non-received or damaged in transit items we do not take responsibility nor issue any refunds.
We retain the right to reduce your refund in price to reflect any reduction in the value of the products, if this has been caused by hour handling them in a way which would not permit full price resale, this includes protective dustbags and packaging boxes.
Where you have paid any duties or taxes either via DDP pre-payment to SCOTRIA ltd or directly to the relevant authorities on the importation of the product you wish to return, SCOTRIA ltd shall have no liability in relation to any claim for a refund of such duties or taxes from the authorities or whether or not such a refund is possible.
*Important:
we cannot issue refunds for items bought in sale (at any reduced price).
9. Aftercare
We offer a complimentary aftercare service for any repairs within 12 months of purchase.
After this period, we will happily continue to assist you however this might incur a charge depending on the nature of the repair.
No matter the issue - we will always do our best to return your bag to you in the shortest possible timeframe.

10. Product and images online
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our product that appear on scotria.com. However, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
SCOTRIA abstains from every responsibility due to a particular configuration of a client’s computer or to malfunction in regards to colour definition.
