Where do you deliver to and what are your shipping costs?
 
We offer free express worldwide delivery for orders above £150. As a standard, all deliveries are carried out on DHL Express, DPD or FedEx service depending on the territory. Read more here.

 

 

Can I pay in my currency?

Yes you can! Our default currency is GBP £. If you wish to change this
select your preferred currency at the bottom left of each page.

What is the final price I will pay?

The total price payable will be displayed in your chosen currency on the checkout page. 

 

 

Duties & Taxes?

For our customers in Europe, Japan, USA, Australia, South Korea, China, Switzerland, Taiwan and Hong Kong the price you in see your native currency (EUR €, JPY ¥, USD $, AUD $, CNY ¥, KW ₩, CHF, TWD $, HKD $) is inclusive of all duties and taxes (DDP), meaning the price you see at checkout is the final cost and there will be no additional customs charges upon receiving your item

(Shopping in GBP £ to these countries does not include these costs, you may be liable to pay duties & taxes to customs) 

 

When will my order arrive?

We offer free express shipping for all orders over £150. You will receive a tracking link once your item has been shipped. 

Usual transit times are as follows: (note all listed are ‘business days’)

  • UK & Ireland: 1 Day (Express)
  • USA: 1-2 Day (Express)
  • Japan: 2-4 Days (Express)
  • Australia: 3-5 Days (Express)

Orders require 1 day processing, orders made over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

During exceptionally busy times, shipments may face delays.

 

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept many international cards, including 
Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We also accept some alternative payment methods such as PayPal, ApplePay GooglePay and Klarna. If your preferred method of payment is not listed or unsuccessful upon attempt, please contact online@scotria.com and we will be happy to assist you further.

 

 

What packaging can I expect?

All SCOTRIA handbags come in a SCOTRIA dustbag to store your items safely.
Our e-commerce packaging is fully recyclable and includes card boxes, paper tape and tissue paper.

 

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, upon dispatch of your items, you will be emailed a courier tracking number. Please email online@scotria.com for further assistance.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges. Can I change my mind?

You are entitled to inform us within 14 days of receipt of your product, if you no longer wish to keep your item(s). You can request a refund or exchange by emailing online@scotria.com All items are returned at the customers expense.

I would like a spiral colour that is not being offered as an option on the dropdown, what can I do?

Drop us an email online@scotria.com and where possible, we will do our best to substitute individual spiral colours for you.
